RETURNS

Unopened chemicals and accessories may be returned within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase. Some seasonal and special-order items have different policies — ask us before purchase if you have questions.

ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED

Opened chemicals (safety regulations); special-order pools, hot tubs, and custom items; gift cards; clearance and final-sale items.
